Reflection
We live in a world of fast. Fast food. Fast news. Fast answers.
But God? He doesn’t rush.
When Lazarus was sick, Jesus waited. When the disciples were in a storm, He slept. When we pray, sometimes… heaven is silent.
But here’s what we learn over time: God’s delays are not His denials.
They’re often preparation.
Not punishment.
He sees the full picture. We just see the clock.
The waiting may stretch us, but it never wastes us. In fact, it makes room for trust to grow. And when God does move, it's always on time His perfect time.
God’s not in a hurry but He’s never late.
Prayer For This Day
Dear Lord, When Your timing feels slow, remind me that You are never careless. Teach me to wait with faith, not frustration. Help me believe that even in the waiting, You are working for my good and Your glory. Amen.
