Reflection
Sometimes, the best thing you can do for someone is just be there.
No sermons. No solutions. Just presence.
That’s how God often meets us not always with answers, but always with Himself.
We may want miracles, signs, or immediate breakthroughs. But God gives us presence the quiet comfort that says, “You’re not alone.”
Jesus walked among people. He sat with them. Listened. Cried. He didn’t rush to fix everything instantly. Instead, He stayed.
Presence is powerful.
And as followers of Jesus, we’re called to offer that same ministry of just being there for others.
Before God speaks, He stays. And that is enough.
Prayer For This Day
Lord, Thank You for being near even when I don’t feel it. Help me also to be present for others, to carry Your love in stillness and simplicity. Teach me the value of quiet companionship, just as You show it to me. Amen.
