Bible Verse
"You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in your bottle. You have recorded each one in your book."
— Psalm 56:8 (NLT)
Ellen G. White Quote
"Not one tear is shed that God does not notice." — Steps to Christ, p. 86
Reflection
We tend to hide our tears from people, but God doesn’t just see them He stores them.
Each tear is a story He remembers, each one a prayer He treasures. In heaven’s archives, your pain is never overlooked, and your cries are never forgotten.
When the world ignores your sorrow, God bottles it up as part of your redemption story.
Your tears are not a sign of weakness but evidence of a heart that still loves, still hopes, and still believes.
Sometimes we think God is far away when we are hurting, but the truth is, He is closest to the brokenhearted. Your tears are not wasted they water the seeds of faith that will one day bloom into joy.
Every drop is a reminder that you are known, you are heard, and you are deeply loved by the One who will one day wipe every tear from your eyes forever.
Prayer For This Day
Lord, Thank You for seeing every tear, even the ones I can’t explain to others. Remind me that my pain is never wasted in Your hands. Turn my tears into testimony. Amen.
