Reflection
We live in a world that rarely slows down. Deadlines, worries, responsibilities they pile up until we feel overwhelmed. But Jesus gives us a personal invitation: *“Come to Me... and I will give you rest.”*
This rest isn’t just physical it’s rest for your soul. It’s the deep peace that comes from knowing you’re not carrying life alone.
Ellen White assures us that when we truly trust Christ, He brings a quiet joy that no trouble can steal. The noise of the world may continue, but within, there is stillness because Christ is there.
Let go of the need to fix everything. Breathe. Come to Jesus. He’s waiting with rest, peace, and comfort.
Let This Be Your Prayer Today
Jesus, I bring You my stress, my burdens, and my weariness. Teach me to rest in You, to trust You fully, and to find quiet joy in Your presence. In Your name I pray, Amen.
