Bible Verse
“For we walk by faith, not by sight.”
— 2 Corinthians 5:7 (KJV)
Ellen G. White Quote
“Walking by faith means trusting God’s promises more than our own senses, understanding, or experiences.”
— Christ’s Object Lessons, p. 104

Reflection
Walking by faith is a daily discipline. It means choosing to believe in God’s promises when we do not yet see their fulfillment. Our senses may tell us a different story doubts may arise, questions may linger but faith holds fast to what God has already assured in His Word.
Ellen White highlights this principle: we must learn to trust God’s promises more than we trust our own judgment or experiences. His Word is a firm foundation upon which we can safely build our lives.
Today, whatever trial you face, whatever path seems unsure, remember that we do not walk alone. The Lord guides each step if we will trust and follow Him in faith.

Let This Be Your Prayer Today
Father, help me to live by faith and not by sight. Teach me to trust Your promises more than my doubts and my understanding. Guide me in Your path, step by step. Amen.
